ADMINISTRATION + CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSISTANT 
(freelance / contract role)


Paper / Paper is a premium wedding stationery brand creating elegant, refined and minimal wedding and event paper for modern romantics. Distinguished by typography and considered details, our work is quietly romantic and created with intention, quality and timelessness in mind.

2022 is set to be a busy year for us and we are seeking a friendly, organised and efficient administration + customer service assistant.

We work with a range of clients in the wedding industry both in Australia, United States and Worldwide. We pride ourselves on delivering uncompromising customer service and seek to exceed expectations for our clients by delivering above and beyond and of course, beautiful Wedding Stationery.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING 
+ Daily management of business administration tasks
+ Updating and managing leads and clients through our CRM

+ Responding to customer enquiries
+ Client on-boarding processes
+ Liaising with and assigning tasks to designer, creative director to ensure timelines are adhered to, client target dates met
+ General customer service; providing updates to clients throughout design and production process, shipping updates
+ Coordinating production
+ Basic Xero Accounting—entering invoices, issuing quotes and invoices

Bonus:
Experience using Xero (or similar)
Pipedrive CRM
Monday
Illustrator & InDesign experience ideal, but not required

THE ROLE
+ Remote working position with approx. 10-15 hours per week spread across 1-2 hours per day (M-F) during initial training and increasing to 3-4 hours per day once confident in role
+ We are based in Byron Bay, Australia and ideally you will be based in Australia (/in a similar timezone) 
+ Hourly rate to be discussed based on experience (range of $25—35AUD per hour)
+ ABN required for AU based candidates.
