Paper Paper ships to all destinations within Australia and worldwide from our Byron Bay HQ. We offer complimentary standard shipping for Australian orders over $500. All shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.
Our parcels will never be left unattended and require signature on delivery. We recommended providing an address where someone will be available to sign between 9am-6pm Monday-Friday.
We take no responsibility for any issues, mis-deliveries or delays, but will do our best to help rectify the situation with our suppliers.
We offer free standard shipping for orders over $500. Please allow 3 – 6 business days for your order to arrive. If you require expedited shipping, please select express shipping at checkout and allow 2-3 business days for your order to arrive.
Once production is completed and your order is ready to be dispatched, you will receive tracking information.
We ship via DHL International express courier service. This service includes tracking and signature on delivery. For most destinations worldwide, please allow 4 – 6 business days for parcels to arrive.
International shipping rates will be calculated at the check out and/or quoted to you via email at the time of your order confirmation.
Please note, as standard, our sample pack orders are sent via Australia Post Standard International Service. Please allow up to 15 business days. This service does not include tracking or signature on delivery. If you require your sample pack sooner, please select express shipping at checkout.

DUTIES AND TAXES
Please note orders shipped worldwide may incur duties and taxes which are applied by customs.
The responsibility for any custom duties, foreign taxes or other fees which may be imposed rest with the customer. Please contact your local customs office for more information regarding whether taxes and duties are payable in your region.
Paper paper takes no responsibility and will not offer a refund in the event that the customer refuses to pay duties and taxes held on an order applied by customs. Refunds can not be issued on custom print jobs.
