We want to make our process as simple, streamlined and enjoyable as possible. This guide will help you understand how we will work together from start to finish to create your wedding stationery. We will guide you every step of the way.

01 / Explore our collections

Explore our Tailored semi-custom collections which are designed to be effortlessly transformed to suit your aesthetic vision and style across every stage of your wedding from save the dates + invitations, to day of stationery and signage through to thank you cards and personal stationery.

While it's possible to get an instant quote by making your selections and adding to cart, there might be instances where you need assistance deciding on design or direction or would like to chat prior to placing an order.

03 / Place your order

Once you have decided on the design/s and items you require, simply add the items to cart. Select your preferred print method, quantity and applicable additions (i.e bespoke hand lettering or guest addressing to envelopes) on each product page.

When you are ready to check out—read over our terms and conditions, confirm your details and select your preferred payment method to finalise your order.

Once the check out process is complete and we have received your order, we will be in touch within one (1) business day to confirm next steps and invite you to our client portal.

04 / Content + Selections

Work closely with us as we collaborate on the design of your stationery.

Submit details, content/wording and design personalisation selections (typography, paper stock, ink + envelope colour) via our client portal.

If you require any assistance, access our client resources for wording and design personalisation selections or schedule a design consultation call with our Creative director, Erin to assist in the selection process and ensure your stationery reflects your aesthetic vision + style.

05 / Design & Proofing

Once all information has been received, we will begin work on your proofs and be in touch within 5 business days to share initial proofs for feedback. Please add an additional 2-3 business days for hand lettering.

Carefully review your proofs and confirm feedback via our feedback form in your client portal. We will then make any required revisions and issue revised proofs for feedback within three (3) business days.

We offer two (2) rounds of revisions per order. Additional rounds may be subjected to a fee.

Please note, the timeframe for the design & proofing stage is dependant on how quickly you respond to us and the number of changes and revisions required. 

06 / Approval + Production

Once you are completely happy with your proofs, we will issue final proofs and a proof approval form.

Carefully check over all details, wording and specifications and complete the proof approval form. Upon receipt of the proof approval form, we will move forward with print production of your stationery order.

Please allow 7-10 business days from approval for digital print orders.

For letterpress or foil, please allow 15-20 business days.

07 / Delivery

Once production of your order is complete, we will check and package your order and be in touch to share tracking details.

We offer complimentary standard shipping for orders in Australia over $500 or the option to upgrade to an express courier service. Please allow 3-5 business days for standard shipping or 2-3 days for our express service.

We ship International orders via DHL International Express which generally takes 4-6 business days to arrive to most locations worldwide.

Notes on ordering

—Consider headcount vs. households/families when thinking about your guest list and the number of invitations you require.

—Don’t forget to allow for any changes to guest list and / or for keepsakes. Generally we recommend to allow for 10x extras.

—Orders can be placed in increments of 5. Please ensure you are ordering the correct amount (to the closest increment of 5) as we are unable to reduce or offer refunds. In the event you would like to increase an item quantity after placing your order, an invoice will be issued for the additional items.

—Our minimum order quantity for letterpress and foil press is QTY 50. Please enquire for pricing on letterpress and/or foil press enclosure and RSVP cards.

—If you require additional customisations or stationery items not shown on our website, please get in touch to discuss.

Order Timeframe

We welcome you to order in stages as you plan and confirm details in the months leading up to your wedding. 

Please allow 4 - 8 weeks for the design and print production of save the dates and invitation suites.

We recommend placing your order ahead of time to ensure we can meet your target date and will reserve a position in our client schedule for the month that your work needs to be completed. If you require items sooner, please get in touch and we will do our best to accommodate.

For day of and post script stationery, please allow 3 - 6 weeks for design and print production. It is advisable to place your order ahead of time so that we can schedule design and production and ensure timely delivery of your stationery ahead of your wedding day.
