Founded by Interior designer and multi-disciplinary creative Erin Bird in 2016, Paper / Paper has worked with clients both locally and internationally.

Janet—Director, Entrepreneur

As the visionary leader and director, Janet is at the forefront of Paper Paper Co, driving forward innovation and ensuring the customer experience is unparalleled. Taking the leap from the corporate world into the world of entrepreneurship, this uniquely positions her with experience in all aspects required to nurture and grow the deeply respected brand that Paper Paper Co has become. When not thinking up a new idea, or answering emails at midnight, Janet enjoys renovating and turning houses into homes in the Blue Mountains, watching waves by the hour at the beach and the way to her heart is through chocolate, hot to be specific!

Erin—Lead Designer

As the Lead Designer at Paper Paper Co, Erin brings a rich background in design to the realm of stationery. Holding a Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design, Erin expertly merges design principles with modern aesthetics, creating wedding stationery that is both timeless and contemporary. Erin thrives on collaborating with couples to realise their vision, ensuring each piece of stationery reflects the unique narrative of their love. With expertise in print and paper design, Erin meticulously crafts each detail to celebrate and commemorate the couple’s journey. Away from the studio, Erin enjoys slow weekends cooking, going to the beach, and spending time with her family in Byron Bay.

Mitch—Customer Service and Project Management Assistant

Mitch brings a wealth of experience in project management, holding Yellow Belt and Green Belt Six Sigma certifications, which she utilises to optimise our operations and ensure superior client satisfaction A graduate of California State University, Northridge, Michelle expertly tracks project progress to meet critical deadlines, manages our client portal, and handles the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for our clients. When not helping to orchestrate beautiful wedding stationery, Michelle enjoys reading, indulging in her love of coffee, and spending time with family and friends.
