Please carefully read our terms and conditions before placing your order. 

Agreement to work with, and purchasing from our website, constitutes agreement to these terms and conditions.

1. REFUNDS AND RETURNS
Because of the nature of our work, all payments made are non-refundable. Returns and exchanges are not accepted.

2. ACCURACY + ERRORS IN PRODUCTION
You assume responsibility for providing correct times, dates, and spelling of all words, including names and places, in addition to the design elements.

Prior to print production, you will be issued final proofs and a proof approval form (including specifications for quantity, print method, stock & envelope colours).

It is your responsibility to proofread and check over your proofs and confirm your approval to move forward with print production.

Paper Paper takes no responsibility for spelling or errors. If you find such errors in your printed pieces, you will be charged for reprinting (and rush fees if necessary).

3. COLOURS + MONITOR DISPLAY
We endeavour to represent the colours shown on our website as accurately as possible. Colours that appear on your screen will differ slightly when printed, since every computer screen is calibrated differently.

We cannot guarantee that the printed colour will look exactly like the screen colour. If you are concerned about your colour choice, we recommend ordering a sample pack prior to placing your order. 
4. PRICING
Pricing on our website is shown in AUD and does not include postage, shipping or applicable taxes.

All prices listed on our website are subject to change without notice.

In the event that items on the website are priced incorrectly, we retain the right to cancel and refund any orders placed for the products listed at the incorrect price.

5. VARIANCES IN BESPOKE HAND LETTERING
Hand Lettering / Calligraphy is an art form and small variances in the appearance of the letterforms, spacing, and flourishing may occur.

The calligraphy artists we work with endeavour to produce the highest quality work but these variances will inevitably occur.

6. PROOFING + REVISIONS
Please carefully consider your wording and thoroughly proof read (including guest names and addresses) before submitting your form to us, as this is the wording we will use for your design.

We will design your first proof with your wording exactly as specified in your order.
Included in your order is your initial proofs and two rounds of revisions to wording/content and personalisation selections. 

We will not begin designing until we have received your final and complete wording / content for every piece in your order, including guest address or guest name spreadsheets. 

Further rounds of revisions/proofs or a change of design will incur additional fees. 
Please ensure you carefully check over all proofs thoroughly including content/spelling, layout, stock and envelope colour, font selection and size and ink colour and provide all feedback via the feedback form. 

7. ORDER QUANTITY
Please ensure you have ordered the correct quantity (to the nearest increment) and allocated for extras. We suggest ordering a minimum of 10 spares, for any last minute additions to your guest list and/or keepsakes.

We are unable to reduce your quantity or offer refunds. In the event you would like to increase an item quantity after placing your order, an invoice will be issued for the additional items.

After your order has been approved and/or printed, we are unable to increase the order quantity and a new order and reprint fee will be applied. 

8. STOCK + ENVELOPE AVAILABILITY
We cannot guarantee the availability of all stock and envelope options from our suppliers as stocks + envelopes. 

In the event that a paper stock or envelope is not available at the time your order is going into production, we will make suggestions on the closest alternative. 

9. IMAGES OF WORK + PROMOTION ON SOCIAL MEDIA / WEBSITE
Paper Paper reserves the right to use images of completed work on social media channels, marketing etc. unless advised otherwise.
