Each of our nine designs can be personalised with an array of typography, paper, print and colour options.
02 ENQUIRY AND ORDER PROCESS
Our small studio has limited capacity month-to-month so please contact us to begin the dialogue and discuss working with us.
We take advance bookings and require a 25% deposit to secure a position in our monthly work schedule ahead of time.

Once your order has been confirmed, and full (and/or balance) payment has been received, we will be in touch to guide you through the options for personalisation and request you complete a content form confirming names, dates, addresses and wording for all stationery pieces.

Work closely with us as we collaborate on the design of your stationery. Following submission of content and confirmation of personalisation options, please allow five business days for the presentation of your initial design proofs. Two rounds of feedback and revisions are included and will take up to three business days to complete.
Design and layout options are fixed and used to guide each design. However, in respect of individual content and wording, our process is flexible and all our typography is carefully placed and thoughtfully designed to ensure each piece of stationery is perfect.
Once digital proofs have been approved, please allow 1 – 3 weeks for production (depending on printing technique and 1 week for delivery (Australia only). International delivery timeframes may differ.
We will always confirm timelines and schedules with you once your order has been processed. Please note, moving efficiently through project timelines is also dependent on your efficiency and availability in the supply of content, feedback and digital proof approval.
Consider the information and details you need to communicate to your guests and whether you would like RSVP’s returned the traditional way by post or are comfortable with receiving them by email.
A Modern invitation set (two pieces) may be sufficient if your invitation wording is brief, or if you choose to receive RSVP’s and communicate additional details to guests by email or direct them to a personalised wedding website.
To include additional details with invitations, consider adding -
details card - several key details on larger format card
small enclosure card - one or two key details
To honour traditional RSVP’s, choose a 4 piece Paper suite and add any additional details or enclosure cards you may require.
Consider headcount vs. households/families when thinking about your guest list and the number of invitations you require.
Don’t forget to allow for any additional pieces you would like to save as keepsakes.
We welcome you to order in stages as you plan and confirm details in the months leading up to your wedding.
Generally, we recommend Save the Dates are sent out 8-12 months prior, and invitations approximately 3 months before the wedding date.
Please allow 6-8 weeks for the design, order and production process of our invitation suites. We recommend contacting us at your earliest convenience to book an advanced start date in our work schedule. If you require items sooner, we will do our best to accommodate this.
For event day and post script stationery, please allow between 2 and 4 weeks depending on printing technique and requirements.
If you would like to see and feel examples of our work prior to placing an order, order a sample pack here. The contents of our packs will change depending on availability but will include at minimum, a digital sample of one invitation design from each of our collections.
